Adherence Services

Who we are

Housing instability is a significant issue facing communities in Minnesota, particularly among underserved populations such BIPOC members, individuals with disabilities and low-income individuals and families. Without a stable place to call home, individuals and families struggle to maintain employment, access healthcare, and achieve overall well-being.

To address this pressing need, our organization, Adherence Services, seeks to address displacement of individuals and families by providing supportive services that rely on compassion, cultural awareness and treating our clients with  dignity and respect.

Our program will provide comprehensive support to individuals and families seeking to find or maintain housing, with a focus on serving the immigrant population, disabled and low-income households.

Mission Statement:

To empower individuals with documented disabilities in their transition from homelessness to sustainable housing through comprehensive housing stabilization services and personalized home-making support. We are committed to fostering independence and dignity while advocating for inclusive communities

Vision Statement:

Our vision is to cultivate a society where individuals with disabilities are fully integrated and supported in their journey towards stable housing and independent living. Through our Community based home services and housing stabilization programs, we strive to create a community where everyone has access to safe and affordable housing, enabling them to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
